DELIVERY
Jonams offers free worldwide shipping. We aim to send your order out within 2 working days. As soon as your order has been processed , you will receive a confirmation email.
RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
You may at any time within 7 working days of delivery of the product to you change your mind and cancel your order and receive a full refund provided that you return the product to us in its original condition and with its original packaging and all tags attached. If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item. You'll find the return address on your receipt and shipping is at your own expense and risk.
In the event that a product is faulty or defective, please contact us as set out below or at info@jonams.net and we will provide you with a replacement or a refund.
